Oggi la radio e anche la tv sforna una canzone dopo l'altra: molte finiscono nel dimenticatoio, altre invece diventano dei veri e propri successi.
Spesso il successo di una canzone è legato anche al video che lo accompagna: è il caso di un nuovo brano dal sapore estivo e vacanziero.
Si intitola I Got U ed è realizzato dal dj e produttore inglese Duke Dumont insieme a Jax Jones.
Sin dal suo primo ascolto si avverte la presenza della voce di Whitney Houston: in effetti, il brano ha preso un sample della canzone My love is your love della compianta Whitney e ne ha tirato fuori un pezzo davvero orecchiabile e da ballare per tutta la prossima estate.
Ciò che colpisce maggiormente è proprio il video: il protagonista è un giovane londinese che attende dietro una finestra l'arrivo del prodotto ordinato.
Siamo in una fredda e piovosa Londra, ma grazie a questo casco fantascientifico il giovane viene trasportato in una realtà piena di sole, spiagge, donne e divertimento.
Lo scenario è quello della Thailandia: in molti si sono ricordati della meravigliosa spiaggia di Maya Bay del film The Beach e in effetti è lì che ci troviamo per poi viaggiare tra Bangkok e Phuket.
