Se l'ultimo video di Robin Thicke, Blurred lines, era stato criticato per l'utilizzo dell'immagine della donna come oggetto, seminuda e fonte di desiderio dell'uomo, quello degli ultimi giorni di Justin Timberlake è ancora peggio, o meglio più esplicito.

Il video del suo ultimo lavoro, Tunnel vision, è stato messo sul web lo scorso 3 Luglio e in soli 2 giorni ha registrato già più di un milione di visualizzazioni.

All'inizio Youtube lo aveva oscurato, ora lo ha reso nuovamente disponibile con un avviso:

"I seguenti contenuti sono stati identificati dalla community di YouTube come potenzialmente offensivi o inappropriati. L'utente può visualizzare i contenuti a sua discrezione, ma è avvisato."

Questo numero elevato di visualizzazioni non è merito del testo o del brano in sè, bensì del suo video nel quale appaiono, nel corso dei 7 minuti di canzone, 3 modelle completamente nude (indossano solo lo slip).

E se si va oltre la semplice nudità, è chiaro che anche le movenze delle stesse sono chiare e lasciano intendere pensieri proibiti.

Il video riapre così la questione dell'uso della donna come oggetto di desiderio e dell fronte machista della musica hip hop americana.

Evidentemente, i grandi produttori musicali del genere hanno capito che per vendere devono puntare sul nudo che è sempre e soltanto femminile.
